Frequently Asked Questions
What is your holiday schedule? We are closed are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Pick-ups are one day late. If holiday is on a weekend there will be no changes.
What is your service area? Northern Greenville, Easley, Dacusville, Travelers Rest, Marietta. Some areas of Taylors and Pickens also.
When do I put my can out? We ask that you put your can out the night before your pick-up day. We run early and do not want you to miss your pick-up.
Do you pick up yard waste? No we do not. We cannot dump yard waste with residential.
Do you pick up bulk items, appliances, furniture? Call for details and pricing. These items cannot be picked up on normal route. A special trip is required. Minimum charge is $50.00.
If my can is full may I put bags beside the can? No more than one bag outside of can. Call for rates for second can.
How do I pay my bill? We accept cash, check, or money order. You may also click on the pay my bill link to pay with credit or debit.
What happens when there is inclement weather? We normally try to run as compared to school schedule. Those in the Northern part of the county may be the next day. We will resume operations as soon as we can run safely.
